Another thing to try if they still do it is a screw fixing that you use instead of raw plugs, its a papery powder that you mix with a bit of water and then push into the wall,I will have to wander round B&Q to get some names.I have had some success with mixing paper dust with a bit of pva as well.

Lightbulb

Umm now that sounds promising - Paper dust and pva... would fine cuts of paper and pva go to a pulp kind of stuff ? if this was the case it would do the trick. Tipex is also a good idea Phil cos afterall that's LIQUID PAPER isn't it ?

Depends on the gaps your trying to fill, large ones you can slide in bits of paper and soak then in super glue, pulping in pva does work but can get messy.I have used a fine grater and some card to get a powder that can be mixed into a paste rather like in woodworking where you use the sawdust.Liquid Paper indeed can be a bit blobby but given the builds you have done taking care is not going to be a problem.

Re the filler ideas... i will do some testing with all those before applying it to yon model of Seaview - I want this to be very special, cos Gary designed this for us {well me really after all my nagging - thanks again Gary } He has made one hell of a model yet again... he is the one and only MASTER ! :D
