Is the inner ring connected with some sort of pivots for it to be able to fold in like that?

i guess, you must wait a little bit! at first i must finish my commercial model (see first pic)

the second picture show the parts! at the moment approx 220 parts, and i think it will be more! So it is not a model for guys without patience
(i must also add some parts for an internal structure for the big main part!)
Gah!! So close! I don't have paper or ink right now, but I still want it so I can look through the design...

Hurry up! :P

I think I'm gonna go ahead and design a small model of the support ship that should be able to dock with your Maymora class. Mind sending me a sample of the texture (or just the model so far) so I can make sure they match?

Also, does anyone have a better version of the Surak class? I built the one from Domatine, but its somewhat lacking for details, and the "tail" is far too short.

:D You really can not wait to get this one, huh?
The main point is, the i MUST change the whole texture (color, shades and shadows)! currently i have no sample yet for the final texture!!!
Second thing is, that i have no permission from Skip to give the pictures of the original CGI-model to a third person! Sorry!

But i think, i have something else for you! I will send you an email!

Marko

There is something wrong about a beer truck parked next to a church . . .

:D:D:D

Is there any way you can create a support structure inside the warp ring next to the attachment points? For one thing, they will need reinforcement for rotation, and another thing is that when attaching the pivots it would be nice to have something solid to attach them to so I can get a secure bond without the structure collapsing under the pressure of my finger.

No problem! I did that! The ring has five components! On both pictures you can see it! the place on th main ring for the pivots you don´t need to cut out
