So far the only guess I have is the Maquis Raider...it looks like the beggining of one of their weapons...though I'm guessing thats wrong, as it would be a pretty odd place to start.

Technically the raider is a federation ship - just stolen and fighting against the rest of the fed. I don't have a guess on what the ship is though - we need more of it I guess...
