Very fine, detailed work!

Any build tips or suggestions for your success?

Really good work there. What weight paper did you use?

If I cut all the parts out like that, I'd probably lose a few

Score everything before cutting, I use a tip of a metal mechanical pencil.
Round all rounded parts, rolling with tip of pointed toothpick or a tip of a dead ball point pen. I also use the head of a pin to apply the glue for these micro models. Definitely use some sort of sandwich or plastic container to hold the parts as you cut and label them before assembly. Hope that helps

Not sure of the weight i used matte photo paper, possible 52lbs/ 200g/m

I use plastic sandwich containers to keep the cut and labels parts, except when I took the picture, hope that helps

Thanks for sharing it, it's a beautiful ship.

I still get some difficulties when I have to roll small details with paper >= 200 gsm, due to my little experience. On a tutorial in the Self Help Library I read that can be helpful to roll parts over a soft mat, like the reverse side of a mouse mat, the greater the thickness, the narrower the radius. Still have to try.

When I have some spare time and I cannot engage myself in the building, I use to cut all the parts out and keep them in a transparent A4 document bag.

Thanks, I'll have to try that, rolling on the mouse pad, I imagine it's easier than on the palm of your hand
