Judge Dredd City Cab

Hello All

I would like to see a model produced of the City Cab from the Sylvester Stallone movie. I think it is a beautiful design and I have gathered a load of reference on it over the years including a IGES cad file that I have been told is ready to unfold. As I don't have the skills in Pepakura or Blender or Rhino is there anyone here that could help me please?
