Hello Tappi!
Very spectacular work, you solved it nicely. Blade Runner is one of my favorite movies... Regards, Joe

Hey Tappi...Nice job.
I built this model a few years ago to add to my (dusty) Blade Runner shrine. Its a lot bigger than my Koolwheelz version! Mine is just dull inkjet cardstock. I like the finish on yours. I see you didn't bother with the difficult curved windows. I just installed flat 'glass' in mine. It really needs vacu formed glass, but at this scale, thats a big project.

OOH, Blade Runner shrine! I gotta get me that Hallmark's Keepsake Spinner for our x-mas tree. My Spinner is scale-wise between your two Dave. When building mine I remembered your warning about the windows. Your's turned out very nice. Though the film is very popular you don't see many models built in paper. The plastic universe has been much more active on this subject. I too have the Fujimi kit waiting for inspiration.
Get Dave's Blade Runner Koolwheels everybody those are fun to build. And if you have more inspiration here are couple of Blade Runner models I found still available: Police Spinner Looks a bit simpler than what I built. Mitsubishi-i spinner Cute joke but I like it. Tyrell Corporation Building Handsome Aztec architecture influenced megabuilding. Thank you all for your kind words and interest in this exercise. Tappi |

Hey Tappi!
What nice work! The things that can happen when an idle mind wanders off the beaten path. Expect you'll be building a sectional take on the Bradbury Building in downtown LaLaLand to authenticate vehicle shoot positions in the filming of Philip K. Dick's landmark novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" - a.k.a. "Bladerunner" the motion picture....,
