Thanks!
I tried to purchase some additional 3D-printed figures once or twice but I found them rather oversized. The proper height of 1/72 figures are often called to be 28 mm however it is not a correct height of a person in this scale (a modern 180 cm tall man without any headwear and base would have 25 mm in fact). But at least nearly every sets of plastic figures are coherently scaled (except Zvezda designs which are slightly oversized). But when I purchased figures in the "1/72 or 28 mm" scale from one of the most popular vendor on my market, they proved to be nearly 32 mm high, so they couldn't be used together / mixed with other sets, and I was much disappointed with this fact. Few milimeters more make a big difference; they are more 1/64 than 1/72. So, that's why I am not so eager to purchase 3D-printed stuff (and awaiting 1-2 months for the delivery is not acceptable too, but it is unavoidable in the Polish market. Within a month I planned to finish the campaign of rpg and return to my 1/300 models and novels writing!).

One of the boards was meant as a brain teaser. How to cross the river while being chased by the horde of raging goblins, which will get them in five minutes? The river banks minimum distance is 45 mm while the only crossing means are six sticks 42 mm long (they must find them in a ruined hut) and no fasteners are at hand.

When my players will return from the sea trip to the Solanka port, it will be November and the first snow will be covering the town. So, here is the winter version of the same merchant quay with a davit as previous.

The last house to the right was on sale and had no signboard nor the coat-of-arms previously; now the signboard "Sigin" appeared, written in two alphabets: Daeron runic script and the gothic capitals; this is a family name of a new owner, Mr Long (which is the meaning of the word "Sigin" in Khuzdul*) - he is a dwarf.

*According to the early mediaeval custom, the family names were subject to translation (for example, mister Black crossing the English Channel was welcomed as monsieur Noir in France and travelling to the Germany became Herr Schwarz).

The problem with gaming 'scales' is that they really aren't scales. 25mm means '25mm to the eyeline of a typical male human'. And all manufacturers suffer from scale creep, where the new figures in the 'scale' are slightly taller than previous releases.

When I design for 28mm to 30mm, I generally go with 1/55 to keep the figures from looking out of scale.

At one point, Reviresco was offering their 1/72 models to go with their 25mm figures, but decades later, you would need 20mm figures to look right with 1/72.

That's why I design terrain that is 1/55. Let the end user decide if 1/55 is right for them

Far beyond the edges of the realm where my players begun their adventures there is an ancient town Shah Eazim lost in the sands of a desert... They will reach this desert and find the lost town if they succeed in finishing the first level...
Paper prints designed from scratch after the photo images by me, except the mosque cupola in the North Saharan style, layered with a cardboard 170 to 240 g per sqm. Few pieces of ceramics and few bags were made of the thermosetive plastic mass while a ladder, a bench and posts under the canopies were made of matchsticks.

Shah Hakim

A paper model but with (removable) plastic palm trees. I want to make the work as quick as possible so I decided to avoid making the paper trees. The "female" part of connection was made of a wooden crayon without graphite sliced into pieces.

An ancient village with thatched roofs.

A big map of the whole village and a detailed plan of one of the farms.

You are doing an awful lot of creativity here. I am generally happiest to supply models for a specific setting for a few months. You are doing an excellent job of adapting to the different settings

Thanks a lot!

Now I must make some mines, dungeons or caverns so I purchased a printable Caverns Core Set plus few buildings from DriveThruRPG online shop (by David Graffam)...
