Great work ! Your skill and precision are awesome. I think an industrial robots manufacturer should have a line of high-precision 6-d robots named after you. ABB iGo-R sounds good.

You're funny, Boris! And I continue with solar panels. Base laminated from five pieces. Each side eventually will have seven layers + solar panels themselves Uhu02 also gave template to keep right angles ![]() I have a little experience working with large areas, so it was challenging to glue them together straight and keep that way. Almost ruined one side but pulled it off somehow. Used regular white glue, just dosed it by little along the edges and in the center. Layer after layer it hardened and straightened itself by line ![]() ![]() Next outer skins and solar panels. Each solar panel piece had its own frame 1 mm in thickness, so I used old trick, which also turns out to be the one Uhu02 used: first cut inside of frame and glue the piece underneath. Then cut on outer lines and done. This saves one round of cutting and fiddling piece to glue. ![]() ![]() Parts ready ![]() Glued in place ![]() ![]()
