Radiant 7 ?

Does anyone know if there's a paper model of the Radiant 7 from Star Wars Episode I out there ? I have the .pdo version from a czech Star Wars paper model site, but it needs way too much modification to build.

Just to ask, what kind of mods to build?? I have that model and have it printed out, it seems reasonably ok to build. I know it needs some extra detailing such as missing antennas and redoing the cockpit windows. maybe I missed something?

When I talked to him last about a month ago, it was a ways down his list. And the last projects he has been doing is the mini hammerhead from SAAB, and then a set of 1/350th shuttles workbees and others for me. have not heard from him in a spell.

Well, the .pdo I have seems to have been extracted piece by piece from the 3D model the author was working from, i.e. The forward section is bascally a rectangular box imbedded in a barrel, so rather than incorporate the two shapes into 1, and then extract, the author did them seperately, which means I have to cut into the barrel to accomodate the rectangle.

Please do not post links to sites that have pirate models. When you look through the listing and see names like Wilhelmshavener and Hobby Model - these kits are still available commercially and are obviously not free models. If you have questions, ask a moderator before posting.

Guys! Lighten up!!! Did you ever think to ask if he even knew it was a pirate site? Sheesh, don't be so quick to stomp these odd posts out!!! At least let the guy explain himself before you go on a rampage!

Lighten up? I took the simplest and 'lightest' action possible. If I were to leave the link up it would leave Jason exposed to possible legal action by the publishers if they chose to pursue it. All it takes is a simple click or two on the models available to check. If we wanted to, we can do much more than just removal of the offending sight and a light admonishment in these cases. We don't because we realize mistakes are made.
