Serenity

Well, I've finally completed a project that I've been wanting to do since 9th grade when I did a book report on the Serenity novelisation. (I finally got around to it during Christmas Break of my freshman semester of college, I'm technically a sophmore now :D). Any way, I decided to print it using the "Two pages per sheet" option to save cardstock and shelf space. I started construction last Saturday, following completion of mine and my dad's personal Firefly Marathon.

Nicely done - and small again (considering a career in micro-surgery or integrated circuit design?)! It's encouraging to see this one built - any problems putting it together? Wife is a big fan too, it's in my to-do pile along with more flightless Antarctic waterfowl.

There are some fit problems and I couldn't really find any instructions. other than that it went together well. The "Free Model Serenity Review" thread else where on the board was extremely helpful

Very nice and small model dyna-soar I like firefly class very much and I´m planning to build this ship too. B@f is building (and designing) this masterpiece : Zobrazit téma - Rebuilding Serenity - Firefly.sff.cz

Wow! That's really great! I have built the model some 2 or 3 years ago so I know it wasn't one of the easiest builds... especially because of the fit problems and I imagine especially at half size!
Btw. if anyone who hasn't built it yet would like to have the instructions, I'll be happy to send them to you since the site the model was originally hosted on is apparently down.
