I collect classic serials on DVD and have seen this guy a few times. The original robot was used in the Classic Serial "Undersea Kingdom", it later appeared in the serial "Mysterious Dr. Satan", and again in "Zombies of the Stratosphere" with "Rocketman". Rocketman had the original flying suit that is used by Captain Proton on Voyager. Captain Proton just doesn't use the signature helmet that each of 4 "Rocketmen" used. Each time the robot appeared there where slight changes. The Captain Proton robot is also slightly different from the serial appearances. This is a great design and I've wanted a copy of the robot for years. You did a great design especially for your first design. The only model I've ever seen was an expensive resin version. Keep up the great design work.

Clif

You're right, it didn't make sense at all. Just me being obnoxious. <G>

Hi Clif, seems youīre really an expert! I didnīt know that the robot was with the original series, too (but, itīs something about 36 years ago Iīve seen the show on tv - so maybe Iīm excused for that...).
Despite of itīs long existence itīs really hard to find pictures on the net!

Greetings, Christine
