Mirco is still working on the colored version, so it is just the plain white version. I'm no good at painting so I just used colored card instead of white. I will point out I didn't add anything, all the black/red parts are details that are in the kit. I'm not sure about building the colored version but I didn't want just a plain white ship, so I added a little color, I'm happy you like it. And thanks to the rest of the guys for the nice comments.

So, after 7 months, 150 sheets card, 30 sheets 1 mm card, 30 sheets .5mm card, around 25 sheets 3 mm card, some 250 knife blades, other match sticks, balsa, wire and a bottle of glue, I'm finished! It's not perfect but I'm really happy with it. Now on to build a display case. Edit- I'll upload some better pics tomorrow, I didn't realize how blurry these are.

I'm glad the pix are a little blurry...I'd probably go insane with jealousy if all that work was crystal clear...

My brain initially read that as, "... other match sticks, balsa, wine and a bottle of glue," The project is well worth kicking back now, sipping something refreshing, and saying with a smile, "Ahh, done."

Fabulous job. I love seeing when a long time project comes to fruition. You put so much time and effort into a great model. Congratulations.
Now, do you aim to misbehave?
Thanks for sharing.
Dave
