well i can use 3d modeling but im no were near the talent of other people on here especialy the complex shape of moya i have been looking for 3d models that could be unfolded on the internet i had one website with hundreds of sci-fi ships avalible but i can no longer find it.

Ah yes, like so many things in my life, once I got it figured out, I forgot where I put it. :D

With the way the two outside arms come off the main body and the way that the main body is tapered and shaped at that point, not to mention what looks like a series of slats or a jointed area immediately behind them, I can appreciate how difficult it might be to represent that with card modeling. At the same time, someone made it up with CGI, so it is pretty much given that it could be represented on a 3D rendering that should be able to be unfolded to yield up a paper pattern.

that is what i was hoping to find a 3d mesh of moaya and unfold it id like to think large to get the getail in however
