Block A - northeastern side

The next module is block A - the northeastern part of the castle complex.

Marco, that is an excellent cathedral! A true craftsman's work. I built the larger edition of this a few years ago. How you can make such a great model in even smaller scale is a real achievement, I would say.

When building my copy, it took me one hour to make the first flying buttress. I figured that by the 16th, - last - I would be much faster. Took me one hour!

Marco,

You asked for a picture of my Prague Castle.

You will find one in the Museums section in my thread on the Museum of London.

Cheers
Mike

From the pictures I saw on the Betexa website, the flying buttresses on the larger edition have been designed with more detail and structure to them. The smaller cathedral model on the castle here comes with "flat" flying buttresses, which are much simpler to construct.

Ah, the Golden Lane! Lots of nice old and small buildings there. Wonderfull shops and very interesting architecture in general. Your build is super to watch because the castle area is familiar to me. Thanks Marco for the build thread.

The Golden Lane itself is very nicely designed in this model - I will get there soon!
