Good idea. In spite of all my efforts to get reactions, I have anly had about 20 so far - not a basis for an expensive project like this... so yes please react to this entry. See my first entry for more info.

I lived in Nieuwegein on Silverschoon for four years in the 80's. These models I would be interested in if reasonable cost. I'm now back in the States.

Dear Diderick!
As I've been a Makit fan from the 90ies on, but was unable to get all of the kits, I would very much like to see them resurrected. Perhaps they can be converted either in 1/300 (instead of their normal 1/303) or (far better still) in 1/250, because then they would be equivalent to most of the L'Instant Durable models. BTW: Why not try to contact the LID editor Mr de Bussac, maybe he can take the Makit series into his program?!
Kind regards -
Papercaptain

In a case like this it is not a matter of making money, just not losing a lot of money investing in a re-issue which will never even pay for itself.

What about a digital release instead of printing?

As soon as the Bruges Halltower hits the shelf, I'll be ordering/buying one, I've been waiting for a reprint of this building (I live only 100 meters away from it) for many years now.

BTW, wouldn't publish on demand be an option ? There several only services who are specialized in this kind of publishing.
