This way lies madness - for me anyway.
Too repetitive and I get bored.

Well, so many people interested and with some questions to. Lets see if I can answer well with my bad english.
Thank you for all for your comments and interest. JohnM - Yes I sweep up the clippings myself. I am even storing them to see at the what´s left with so many black pieces and it was my wife that gave me strenght to build this model. Vermin King - The card its not more than 160gr/m2 maybe a little less. in this first floor the legs are reinforced by gluing two pieces back to back (in practice a double layer). In the others twor floors the pieces will not have reinforcement although the instructios speak about that possibility. But if I reinforce the other floors I will loose the printing on the back of the pieces. |

Finally, after many hours cutting and painting the edges I can show the building of the first floor. It was a long and a hard work but at the end this is the result.
This is a model that gives much work to the modeler but doesnt give much fings to show during building. |

Beautiful, Tino. The cut-out lattice work looks great. Can't imagine the time it is taking but the results are stunning.

Oh WOW ! Absoloutely fantastic.
I'm glad I suggested cutting out all the little the black bits now. I'm also glad it ain't me that's doing it. Personally I have no interest in the Eiffel Tower, but out of pure respect for a dedicated paper artist, I'm lookin' forward to seeing the next installment. Keep on snippin'. Johnny. |

Beautiful. I also would dread the tedious cutting, but the results speak for themselves. Another question: Is this printed on colored paper? If not, your edging technique is excellent. No tell-tale white spots. Excellent work.
