My first card model ever

The one and so far only.
Things I have learnt:

I need better glue, more choices in glues
Pay more attention to pre fitting.
Think it through before you change anything.
If it gets beyond fixing, print another and save yourself the stress.

Not bad. On the base, did you use foam core or card?

It's 3mm foam core. It makes a nice sturdy base so I can move it around easily.

Cheers

Congratulations, and welcome to the wonderful world of card modelling. There are literally thousands of free models online, so stick to free ones until your skills are up before buying one. Your little house looks pretty good, better than my first attempt.

I can see it on the gaming table:
Toy soldiers shooting out of the windows and other toy soldiers trying to get close enough to throw a grenade in the window.

I want to run before I walk cause I already bought rakes corner! I do have other freebies to do first for practice but right now I am off to buy some glues. I have double sided 3mm tape which is good for the foam core but the PVA glue I have isn't working well for me.

Cheers
