A Milestone
I would like to share with my papermodeler friends that I celebrated the 50th anniversary of my Ordination to the Episcopal Priesthood today. My wife planned several wonderful events for this occasion. We had all of our family for dinner last night at our home - most came some distance. I had been asked to be the officiant and celebrant at the 11:00 service at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Alexandria, Va. today. In my retirement, I general just sit in the congregation at St. Paul's which has 4 full time clergy persons. This was a great honor. After church she gave a reception and luncheon at a beautiful, historic inn. In addition to our family, she had invited a number of our friends. It was a wonderful weekend. I am very thankful that I am able to celebrate this milestone.

Now I will try for 75 years --I would only 100 years old and hopefully still making paper models. I think I have enough to last that long
