Added the roof to the building last weekend. Roof was totally reinforced with chipboard to take all the dormers. Yes, those white spaces are dormers.

Did manage to put 3 on the back together with a couple of small towers and chimneys, so only 110 more to go!

Those dormers call for slapping on the headphones and queueing up some Tull.
Gonna look good when completed, though.

That's quite a big building indeed, good luck with all those dormers but up so far the result is wonderful. I guess once the model is completed you will have to negotiate with any folks at home if you can take over some space for your Brussels version of Madurodam !

Cheers,
Erik

Thanks Tim and Doug. It will keep me out of mischief.

Thanks Erik. Always try to visit Madurodam when in The Netherlands. Lived for nine months in Kasteel Terborgh in Schinnen in the 1950s. The room where my brother was born is lit up at night in the version of the castle at Madurodam. As to space, right now it's not a problem.

Appreciate the support, Elliott. If we ever decide to have a conference in Little Rock or somewhere close by, I might just bring the model.

Thanks David.

Just what I needed. Great post and gave me a good laugh. But then again, what do I have to complain about after looking at the work you have done on the SD 14.
