The side parts of the foundation are reinforced with 1 mm gray cardboard ... and glued to the ground ...

... the same procedure for the second base plate

Sincerely
Kurt

Already majestic looking. The ruins I have seen of Roman water transport infrastructure have been nothing short of jaw dropping (the Point du Gard etc.) and this is already capturing that look. Great build.

Thanks to Alaska

I reinforce the area with 0.8 mm gray cardboard ... since I glued tabs to the pillars, the original tabs are now cut away ...

... and if I have worked exactly then the openings should now fit on the pillars ... first try-on without sticking,
looks good

The cover that was cut off before is now glued to the rear opening

Sincerely
Kurt

Hi Fred , thank you

The openings for the second part are cut out ... this time I glue the back cover first, so the long side flaps are stabilized. Now the base can easily be put on, fits perfectly!

With the total length of 70 cm, my photo corner reaches its limits

With best regards
Kurt
