Stonehenge (Schreiber) 1:250

hello everybody,

at first with enthusiasm, then degenerated into work and finished after what felt like 1000 boxes . despite the many straight lines, a nice glimpse into historical times.

kind regards from austria

Nice looking Stonehenge.
I built one many years ago from a different source. Yes, there is a lot of repetitive assembly.

Very neatly built. Does the kit provide an option to build it as it appears today

All the work you put in has resulted in a superior model. Thanks for sharing your great photos.

Dear Friends:
As an Archaeologist I want to point out some thing about the commercial model. The stones are in one scale but the layout has them way to close together. The Model that SCEtoAUX did from I believe Joe C. design is more to scale but the stones in that model are all rectangles and the commercial kit makes the stones more realistic . to do the Henge as today just gather modern site photos and match only the stones in the photos.
I still enjoyed the photos of the build
Miles
