The KitaCom office building

The right wing of this building contains the office of KitaCom Computer Service company. It's logotypes were placed on the facade as well as on the mast. The billboards were rotated some thirty degrees to be more noticeable.

Recently I focused on few other topics, so the Nekomura project have been slowed down, but it hasn't been postponed "at the Greek calends". In my spare time (even if it is no more than few minutes a day) I prepare bit by bit and hoard the semi-products (electrical boxes, air conditioners, cars and vending machines) in order to speed up the erection activities when restarted.

Small multi-storey apartment

Another building by the same author as #59 (Freedom Fighter), originally in 1/150. Rescaled and supplemented with few small additions only (electrical box, air conditioners, awnings and an old rusty hvac unit on the rooftop).

I am still focused now on other projects but I haven't fully neglected the paper modelling in the meantime, however the subjects were mainly monuments of the European Middle Ages. To make up for the delay, however, I decided to continue adding something to the Nekomura real estate from time to time.

So, this is Mr Ikawa's little book store (#61).

It is a pleasure to see Ikawa-san's shoten in the traditional style.

I have been thinking of your town since Lil and I have been watching a series of films by Ozu Yasujiro. I see some similarities between Nekomura and Kitakamakura, where several of his films were set, and I can imagine characters played by Ryū Chishū browsing at such a mise.
