Wow! Thanks for the tip, Don.
You asked me about the tatami room in the hotel, so I was obligued to launch a manufacture BTW, I collected photo images of a real building in Nagomi, Kumamoto prefecture, but I decided that this fictional one would be prettier, so it would go first. However maybe I will make the other one too. Google Maps

I am more and more focusing on the scratch building, based on the real buildings and complexes images, than on the ready models prepared by other authors. Two weeks ago I begun the work on the nine houses quarter and I am collecting urbanistic data to deploy few similar subprojects for Nekomura. But each of them is time-consumming so please be patient waiting a while for the results worthy being shared.
In the meantime I am working on few smaller buildings, mostly complete together with their parcels and fence, like the tatami shop #112. The architecture is made of paper and cardboard, however I am not so strict while it goes to the plants. Today I am pleased to share the images of a small village-type house at the corner of the street, loosely based on the image found on the Alamy. (#113)

Two-floored construction office made of 20' sea containers, popular not only in Japan. Today I have no time for more complex model.

Little shop inspired by the Sankei 1/150 plastic model of the Seisakusho - a wood and metal machining factory (see image No.1). I used the copyclip of a photo image of Sankei model to import the colors and to prepare new nets in CG environment. In my conversion the building houses the small shed and office of the Santoku Logistics Co. Ltd., a pretty famous Japanese storage and transportation company. I added few more details as well in order to make it less flat. The building will be located on the boundaries of the suburbs and a rural area.

Thanks, Erik!
On the shared images there is one more similar warehouse of Mikanbako, another Japanese nationwide company of the same profile: a smaller and older building, self-designed & scratch built, together with few cars, delivering parcels to the customers. The missing fence on one side allows the whole "building plot" to be put next to the previous one in a row along the street. (#116)

The corner shopping mall in the downtown
My own design, scratch built. This is the raw building, to show an architectural idea of the colors and shapes on the facade. I added some basic roof devices only, plus few more hidden in the recession of the rear wall on the ground floor. The escape stairs were closed inside a glass covered and roofed staircase. Later I will add the signboards and posters to make it more "living". (#117)

The corner shopping mall just opened.
I feel tired so if you need me, I'll be for a while on the top floor, in the karaoke studio. ;-)

I shared the images of these rental wooden houses few months ago. Now I finally added the base with (non-paper) plants and vegetables and (paper) fences.

The White Cube - a minimalistic single-family house
One can say that the design of this house is an example of a laziness not a minimalism, but I simply was wondering where are the limits of the minimalistic idea in architecture. This house is for sure close to this limits. In my opinion The White Cube is absurdly minimalistic. But still I like it, including a chaotic arrangement of the window openings of different shapes and sizes. My own try, based on many similar houses designed by the less or more famous Japanese architects. (#118)
