Corvin Castle

I chose this model for the most unlikely reason - It appeared as wallpaper on my computer when I first switched it on. I liked the look of the castle and looked for the kit on the internet. I found one on the Z-Art site

I realised while typing that I had the wrong spelling and in the process of trying to change it... I sent it.

I will start again with a new thread

Sorry for any problems

Mike

Thanks for your help Rick.

I was impressed by the graphics and interested to find out how this -new to me - publisher would compare with the others.

The kit follows the ABC system with different coloured numbers for different sections, however the number order seems to be almost random which means having to continuously check the instructions to ensure that nothing had been missed.

Parts are dotted around the 20 pages and the last page has a spreadsheet showing the page number for each piece and its colour. I had to make a small book of 20 clear envelopes to make sure the "loose" pieces remained in the right page number.

The parts fitted well and the details were good, so despite the small problems, it was an enjoyable project.

The first picture will give you a clue to the naming problem ;-)

Cheers
Mike

Nicely done, Mike. What I don't understand is how you find the time to be so busy.
