Sure, I just had to go find them
There were not many pics around anymore, but I was fortunate to find this post card also my current version of the facade. I still need to finish a few details on my version.

Cheers

The fancy brickwork and those fancy arched lintels on the 3rd floor windows create a challenge. I'll see what I can find in Textures, also the little curvy arch shaped doodahs on the trim at the top may need to be created seperately and layered in.

There are plenty of interesting buildings in Ft Madison, some still with us, some long gone and this was just a middle sized RR town where the ATSF had a division yard and the CB&Q had a line going through from Burlington IA to St. Louis MO. CB&Q also had a branch line heading off to Ottumwa IA from there and had a 3 stall roundhouse close to the middle of town.
To add further interest Ft Madison was on the Super Chief route Chicago to Los Angeles and the Mark Twain Zephyr came through from Burlington to St Louis

Cheers

Dave

I very much applaud the motivation behind this model. One thing I would encourage you to try is simply drawing the model in Inkscape or Photoshop, which would avoid the awkward process of getting Pepakura to produce a satisfactory parts layout and having to map textures on to a 3D model. Given the building is all right angles this would be quite a straightforward process. There are some excellent tutorial videos on using Inkscape by a railway modeller on YT I can direct you to.
