Roman Fort
This simple Roman Fort model only took me a couple of days to build up.
The model is published by English Heritage. I was made aware of if by the really rather excellent: PAPERMAU Printed it out at half-scale. The only extra work is an enlarged base and a bit of landscaping. I think it's turned out rather well Tim |

That really caught my eye Sunday when Mauther posted the Great Tower at Dover Castle. At another forum I had posted the Bronze Age Round House back in March, 2020, but had no idea that they had added so many models. www.english-heritage.org.uk/members-area/kids/kids-rule-things-to-make-and-do/
That is actually the Prefect's House. The fort was/is huge. Nicely done, sir. The landscaping really sets it off

Any build tips, kit problems, or suggestions to anyone considering in following in your example? Regards

This looks somewhat like the commander's house reconstructed at Arbeia (South Shields).

Nicely built model Tim. I guess many of these forts were build along Hadrian's Wall?
