Excellent pictures Kurt, they truly bring out your wonderful craftmanship!
To give you a bit of an impression of how the original building stands out in the town of Alkmaar, allow me to include these pictures (just google for "Waag, Alkmaar"). As you can see it's located on a market square where nowadays for tourists the famous cheese market is organized.
