And hello again

Now there are small, fine tailor shops again...

The next balustrade ... cut out the railings reinforced with 1.5 mm Finn cardboard and divide into segments ...

...which are mitred so that the gain is balanced

Sincerely
Kurt

Hello friends of architecture

Now put on the cover of the railing... and glue the balustrade onto the clock stock...

... so now the covers can be attached over the clocks .

Sincerely
Kurt

Wow! Such a great build.

I just discovered this thread and I am so grateful for your clear documentation. I have been wishing for a thread showing reinforcement techniques. I will be reading with great interest.

Thank you.

Hi altomentis ,
I'm glad that I can help you!

Hello everyone

Now it's getting exciting, because I want to make the segment with the carillon openwork.

I build the belfry out of 0.6 mm cardboard and the bells themselves out of 0.2 mm cardboard.

Thirty-six bells are glued to the belfry...

I reinforce it with 0.9 mm Finn cardboard and gray clay cardboard is glued to the back. Cut out windows, separate segments and attach thin tabs.

Sincerely
Kurt

Hello

@ Vermin King : Thank you so much

@ Erik : oh yes , I enjoy it

Now connect the individual segments, try on the belfry, it fits.

After assembling all segments, the belfry is inserted and four abutments are glued at the top ...

... whereupon the frame V3 comes to rest.

Sincerely
Kurt

That second photo gives us just a hint on how much love and attention you give your models
