Let's continue...

Part 6, the archway... assemble...

... and insert it into the portal.

The steps are doubled... and added piece by piece.

Kind regards,
Kurt

Hello everyone

Parts 8 ... prepared ...

... and placed on the portal.

The roof, part 9 ... I dismantled into five parts and glued the segments on individually.

Kind regards
Kurt

and further ...

The strips 10 / 11 ... a delicate challenge!

Part 12 reinforced with 0.9 mm Finn cardboard ... all parts prepared ...

... and attach above the portal, a somewhat tricky construction phase.

Kind regards
Kurt

Dear Kurt, I am not sure if I see well the "wavy" rooflets on the top of side columns, but shouldn't they be rotated nearly 90 degrees?

Regards,
Andrew

Hello Andrew,
You're right, but I had a lot of trouble fitting these parts correctly, so I won't change anything.
But I have to say you observed that very well!

Hello to all others

With part 15 I'm now deviating from the order of the parts... wall part fixed...

Inserting reinforcements... due to the wall reinforcement, the retaining wall 15c is glued in 1 mm narrower.

Second side wall fitted and partition wall fitted, which has now been shortened by 2 mm.

Kind regards,
Kurt

Next ............

Part 15b, the choir with reinforcements (1 mm) ... for now I'm just using the large boxes ...

... choir segment attached ... and only now are the narrow gaps being closed with the cardboard strips.

The intermediate wall 15c further stabilizes the walls.

Kind regards,
Kurt

Reinforce part 16 / 16a ... and attach it on both sides.

Prepare part 17 ...

...and place it on the side.

Kind regards
Kurt

And further...

Ten parts 18... are reinforced with 2mm cardboard...

... and installed around the church.

Fourteen parts 18a are reinforced with 2mm cardboard... four of them are installed in the curves, the remaining ten are glued onto parts 18.

Kind regards,
Kurt

Hello

Four times 18b, folded exactly and glued in the frames... install in the four corners.

Four times 18c glued to the tabs to form a triangle... then install to the left and right of the side portals.

Kind regards
Kurt

Parts 19 to 19c ... scoring and folding ... which is done in series ...

... gluing the tabs to the back ... and gluing one segment after the other ...

... until all corners and edges are covered. Now repeat the whole procedure three more times, patience is required.

Kind regards,
Kurt
