The stripes are white and red on my model.
I see that you have clored the hatches yourself.
I mailed Chip about it and he answered that is still not the finnished model.
Now you can download it in the correct colors.
The tank is still green but the stripes are correct now.

I made the new A7v Sturmpanzer the version in green. Better known as "Wotan".
Here are also some mistakes but overall Richard Dery designs very nice WWI tanks for Fiddlers Green. I am a fan of his models.

My build can be seen on Fiddlers Green but here are 3 photos.

After getting the sides for the tracks attached to the hull, The turret guns are extremely to long. In any event I've chopped um off. Can't do anything about the color, not to mention my old printer does weird color things sometimes. Thanks for all the input Guys. Hope to finish this one up this evening. Pic's to follow!!!!

Finished. Not my best work, altho the first one usually isn't, at least for me..... I also did it in 67 card stock. Should have used 110. At least for the hull & track assy. The only thing I would change really is the tracks. I would like to see a track like those on the FT-17 with the sides. At least I did cut the turret guns shorter.

My tank collection so far.

Great job, Bob! I started on a Mk IV myself last weekend. I hope to get more done tonight.

re: brown chalk. I have seen chalk mentioned several times now as a way to add in weathering. Do you just use regular blackboard (kids) chalk, or is there some kind of special chalk you use?

Any chalk ground on a piece of sandpaper and applied with a soft brush will work.

I like the Tamiya weathering pastel sets (introduced to me by Kevin Stephens)
TamiyaUSA.com - Weathering

And the MicroMark weathering pastels
Weathering Pastel Kit
