Is the magazine still going to have the bottom piece?

Since he 416 upper receiver w/hand guard can be purchased separately from the full rifle and attached to an AR-15 lower receiver, and your 416 and the Paper Manufacturing AR-15 both being 1:1 scale, do you think the magazine and stock will be interchangeable between the models? Judging by your lower receiver build, I think this would work.

I really like the look of the magazine you showed in the 3D build, and the stock looks like it would add some really nice variety to the AR-15 build I have been planning (just need to get the new office sorted out so I can put the printer in place and install the CISS). The first version of the magazine in the AR-15 package was too small, and the second a bit too large, according to the designer's notes. Then again, the 416 is pretty much an AR-15 with a few problems ironed out, so I might as well build this one, since I was going to set up the AR-15 is a similar configuration.

Either way, I'm really looking forward to seeing how this one turns out when it is completed. I hope you'll release it publicly, of course. I'm planning to start a wall in my gaming room similar to Sidewinder's so I can show off my builds.

im not sure of the dimensions of the other ar's vrs mine...ill be honest my scale is 1:1 but i can be off by a few MM from the actual as i eyeball alot of it. as for the magpull on the mag, i forgot to show that in the earlier pics.

and yes i will release when down for free...i never charge for models..i just like the fun of designing it and seein some one else enjoy
