Re-scaling

I've posted a similar question in the Aviation sub forum. Can the scales be adjusted with world war 2 tanks that are 1/87 and similar scale down to say, 1/200-1/144th with similar "printer scale adjustments"

If so, can I/we use that same scale calculator that I was directed to for planes?

Yes, any scale calculator is good, no matter what subject you are rescaling.
