On the KartonModelbau site, Jrgen He shows pictures of the white Tiger I rescaled to 1/144 scale.
It appears that he painted it with real paint.

Its a hard copy. sadly, it says it cant be shipped to my adress, im guessing its only for japan.

This guy has some 1/100 scale, you might be able to manipulate your printer settings to get them smaller. He also has some really small jet and helicopters, not super detailed, but they look really nice on display.
