You might try Paper Tiger Armaments There are a lot of WWII tanks and vehicles in 1/72 scale, which should reduce down to 1/100 without to much of a problem. Here is a shot of a project of mine in 1/72 with various models from Paper Tiger Armaments. The models can also be found a ECardmodels.

Smaller Scale Tanks
Micromodels (now defunct but some reprints and originals are available on ebay) did some tanks that I reckon were about 1 to 125. I will now try and attach a photograph of a Micromodels tank that purports to be a Churchill. The actual model is about 2.25 inches long.
