Construction Report of Modelik T-54

Hi friends, now I'm going to build T-54 from modelik, I searched the net for a report but didn't find, so I decide to share my report with you. this is my first report and of course may be not very good, also this is my first armor.

In fact, I started the job about 2 months ago and today I am in the middle of the work but now I begin post the report.
I always start with the most difficult parts of a model, in this case, of course the tracks. Cutting and assembling the track segments take 2 weeks of hard work.

Yes the T-54 has a funny turret. The turret is complete now (without gun barrel and need some retouch and paint) but you will see it after a few posts! it is in queue :D

I love armor, but cutting out and assembling those treads . . . . You are a braver man than I. Your cutting skill and patience is impressive!

It is a good plan to get those fiddly/repetitive bits out of the way while you are fresh and "motivated". I'd like to see how those tracks go together!

Looks like your off to a good start by doing the tracks first.

The turret looks like fun.

Will be following this thread. This kit is in my to do list.

Thanks all friends, her are some more pics of tracks. I made a funny tool as a guide for making segments. This tool is made of a medical injector and two needles. It help me to make segments more easily and precisely.
