Awesome Job!
Cheers! Congratulations on a job well done, Johnny.
Your model is beautiful despite the troubles you encountered with the turret, I don't believe there is much more you could do to improve the out come of the finished product without taking more drastic measures, such as filling the voids, sanding and a complete repaint. Unfortunately this is just a design flaw in the kit itself. You did the best with what you were given, and successfully kept the charm of a paper model. Your attention to the fine details with your little "add on's" such as all of the nuts and bolts really make this model pop! I look forward to seeing more photos when you have the camouflage netting in place. |

This is an outstanding model. Given the amount of effort involved, you should be proud of just finishing it. Your level of attention to detail is outstanding, Well, done.
