Calling this one finished. I like it. Not the easiest build and more so because I painted it. Regardless of color scheme, some painting is required to fix color print errors, of which there are a lot.
I did not make the gun for the top of the cupola. The paper for this is very thin and I didn't think I could get it assembled and look properly integrated into the whole. Then there are the Pioneer tools. I found enough pictures on the internet showing them missing and decided against building them up as well. Greg

Looks great, Greg. I studied your pictures, and with the mismatched camo I can see why you painted it. My impression is that it would have been kinda garish even if the camo had matched perfectly. Was this your first Fly Model kit? I’m getting the impression from your remarks that it wasn’t up to the highest standards. You did a good job with a not-so-great kit.

Thanks Anne. This was not my first fly model kit. I've built others but it's been awhile. I think this might have been the first for this designer though.
It's actually not a badly designed kit. Fit was not bad for It's vintage. The color is what lets it down. I have other fly kits with better and worse color though. Still, this one is not for a beginner. You need some experience to get a decent result, that's for sure.
