That's indeed a very good start and a very interesting subject. Good luck with the build! Didn't these "cathedrals" serve in the North Africa campaign?

Yes, I believe they were used in Africa.

I just can't stay with one type of subject, Dan.🙂


Today's picture looks similar to yesterday. Fewer white spots though. Also, I am using ScaleColors US Army Olive Drab #9 1941-1943 for some color touch ups. It matches well with the printed color. That means WAK did their homework well in that area for this model.

Return rollers assembled today. The outer wraps were not long enough. Oops. Had to fill some gaps. If this is the extent of design issues, I can handle that.

Fixed the flag error and one other item not to my liking.

Employed the WWII paint over the markings with what you have on hand method.
