Quite simple model for this scale, even though the kit design is not so perfect.

Ludowe Wojsko Polskie(Polish People's Army) received these armored cars in 1944 and continued to use them until the late 1950s.

Nice model, I've also build one couple of years ago. Yours looks like a special version, usually they had just one headlight (on the left side) and the turret had an open roof...
