En esta ocasión les quiero mostrar el modelo en el que estuve trabajando recientemente: T-80BV “Volna”.

Trate de imitar al T-80BV del pueblo de Sertolovo, el cual destaca por su llamativa pintura azul con un patrón de ondas brillantes al que llamaron “Volna”, del ruso “Ola”, y que estuvo activo entre 1996 y 1997.

En un inicio el modelo poseía un azul mucho más oscuro que lograba hacer una mejor imitación del tono utilizado en el tanque original, pero a la hora de imprimirlo los detalles de las piezas se perdían y no eran del todo visibles, lo que me llevo a utilizar un azul mucho más claro para que esto no pasara. Aun así el modelo logra capturar la esencia de este peculiar T-80.

This time I want to show you the model I was working on recently: T-80BV “Volna”.

Try to imitate the T-80BV from the town of Sertolovo, which stands out for its striking blue paint with a pattern of bright waves that they called “Volna”, from the Russian “Wave”, and which was active between 1996 and 1997.

Initially, the model had a much darker blue that managed to make a better imitation of the tone used in the original tank, but when it was time to print it, the details of the pieces were lost and were not fully visible, which led me to use a much lighter blue so that this would not happen. Even so, the model manages to capture the essence of this peculiar T-80.

Use as a basis the plans of the T-80BV designed by Andrey Nagirnyak (Андрей Нагирняк)
