Trailer steering system: complete with a few missing parts (although laser cut pieces of those parts were found) and the obligatory mislabeled parts.

About 2/3 done with this portion. Fit is okay once parts are sorted.

Center trailer spine with steering mechanism installed.

Fit was OK, but not perfect. Still need to do some touch-up painting.

I think I may divert away from this project for a bit and work on something simpler...

Rear end components. Fit of some items was vague. Clevises are 3d printed shapeways (same as I used on M3 Stuart). Paper versions of clevises were not good.

Looks like those clevises were worth the expense.

Ramps.

Misprinted parts, poor diagrams. No 1:1 patterns for make parts. Generally frustrating.

Still need to add some more strategically placed glue to fix them ridgedly in place. No operation for these.

Trailer suspension assemblies. Missing a few laser cut parts when making these. Fit was meh. Tried tweaking them so the axles were all square and level with each other. Guess I'll find out how well I've done soon.

Wow! That's a lot of wheels and articulation.

Tongue mostly done. Installed on trailer. When it's all done I might have to do some weathering to tone the yellow brightness down.

There were a few issues with this assembly. First, many missing laser cut parts, and a few cut in the wrong thickness. The tank on the top of the tongue had hold down strap marks but no hold down straps provided, so I made a couple. The walkway over top the tank would not have been tall enough to clear the tank as designed, so I had to leave extra on the bottom to raise it up a bit.

That looks great, Greg! I can't imagine doing all of those wheels...

Nice job.
