I am happy to report Zarkovmodels.com is back, as DriveWRX stated, and is doing business. The website states the buyer will receive an email containing a download link for the model(s) purchased with in 24 hours. I bought the ModelArt P-40 M Kittyhawk model at 7:00 pm on Friday night and received the download email at 4:50 pm on Saturday (the next day).

FYI: The website doesn't work well when viewing it with Chrome, but it worked perfectly with Firefox.

From a previous post, I understand the OP is alleging that his models are continuing to be sold by the site's new owner who has not been given explicit permission to do so. That's not quite the same as piracy, and I would encourage them to check the small print about what rights each party has when a designer provides their work for sale through the platform. It may turn out that there is a clause that allows them to continue trading if the website changes hands.
