R.I.P. To a clearly loved and talented creator..

On a blunt note- what does this mean for the website? I purchased $30 worth of files the other day and have yet to recieve anything to my email.. If anyone has any tips please point me in the right heading.. thanks.

I am happy to report Zarkovmodels.com is back, as DriveWRX stated, and is doing business. The website states the buyer will receive an email containing a download link for the model(s) purchased with in 24 hours. I bought the ModelArt P-40 M Kittyhawk model at 7:00 pm on Friday night and received the download email at 4:50 pm on Saturday (the next day).

FYI: The website doesn't work well when viewing it with Chrome, but it worked perfectly with Firefox.

I wonder if arrangements could be made to sell Zarkov's ModelArt models at Ecardmodels.com.

From a previous post, I understand the OP is alleging that his models are continuing to be sold by the site's new owner who has not been given explicit permission to do so. That's not quite the same as piracy, and I would encourage them to check the small print about what rights each party has when a designer provides their work for sale through the platform. It may turn out that there is a clause that allows them to continue trading if the website changes hands.

The store was no longer operational but was still selling on its own by sending the purchased model by email making believe that the website was still active. In addition, he was not paying any commission to the designer.
This is like creating a copy of Ecardmodels and selling models you get on the net.

Thanks for clarifying - this is clearly unacceptable and sounds like IP theft.
