The Ansaldo is a nice plane!
It involves some rigging, and that is something i really like to see. So I'm looking forward to follow that build Peter! |

Beautiful job, Peter -- as usual! I hope you have a chance to take it to the next OC IPMS chapter meeting. Give them another that-can't-be-paper moment, though I'm guessing they're used to that by this time. And now the Barilla! You're working your way down my to-do pile at a remarkable rate. Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic job. One of the cleanest builds posted. I believe there is one of these or at least a plane very similar to this plane at the Old Rhinebeck Aerdrome in Rhinebeck, New York. You did a great job, the engine is excellent.

Never know quite how to respond to such nice comments, but they are appreciated:D. Kudos to the designer of the model, as this was one of the nicest fitting kits I've worked on. Any mistakes are on me.
I like having a base for most models, as it gives someone something to hold other than the model when they want to pick it up.. Less damage from over handling..... |

This is rather a late addition to this particular thread, but I thought I would just put in a good word for Orlik in Poland.
I have just received, in quick succession, 2 orders I made directly with Orlik and inside the second order they have included a free copy of this delightful little 1/33 HL-2 "Haroldek" model. Great customer service and the packaging for both orders was very good - well protected and done with some ingenuity and thought. I don't wish this to sound like advertising - it isn't - I just want to draw attention to folk who obviously care for their business. A big thumbs up for Orlik! |
