No.123 Kawanishi N1K Kyofu Rex, OddBall Productions, originally 1/39
No.123 Kawanishi N1K Kyofu "Rex" re-joins this thread. So, it's been exactly a year ago that I posted. The Rex was completed in two stages, the first being some 4 to 5 years ago after the fuselage and wings were done. It was then put aside for other things and was absolutely forgotten until a couple of days ago. The second stage was recent but I found that the wing fairings and the floats templates were lost. So, they were reprinted with different paper and printer. Thus, you see the obvious difference of colour and tones between the fuselage (less the wing fairings) and the floats. Anyway, I can live with that. And here it is the Rex, Murph's Models (Oddballs Productions), originally 1/39. There's a green version of this model, just in case you would like to know.

Thank you my friends for visiting.
@Butelczynski, in my collection of OBP models, I have another 123 items, almost if not ALL of Aaron's models that he created during his OBP/FG times. Probably because of complex copyright and business reasons, he just can't release them. What he does it seems, nowadays, is that he's re-designing them with more versions and improvements and put them up for sale on his webstore. Now back to you Murph for your say............ |
