No.161 Ojimak's Blue Impulse T-4 Trainer jet, originally 1/60

No.161 is a break from the A-10's, it's Ojimak's Blue Impulse T-4 two seater trainer jet, originally at 1/60 now shrunk to fit this series.
The landing gear is an add-on after Googling for them. So this little guy has been transformed from a flyer to a static display model.

Very useful to have that list.

And I like the Blue Impulse T-4.

Thanks, Don. Almost threw in the towel on the Blue Impulse cos' the parts look so weak. I used quite some PVA white glue to soften some parts to join them.

The next project is something of a first for me because double-sided copperplate paper 120gsm is used. With this kind of paper applicable to inkjet printers, the good side is that the images are brilliantly glossy and small details stand out unblurred but the bad side is that you have to laminate the templates that get scratched easily. Anyway, I have to test it out before reporting further.

It will be the Transall C-160 France Air Force 70 anniversary livery that I commissioned Murph to do some time ago. Each side of the fuselage bears different graphic. I have done two other liveries, ie. UN Red Cross and Camo, on ordinary printing paper, long ago. Hope everything will turn out well.

It will be available on my site at Ecards when it is completed.

Further to my last post, I have tested out, initially, the double-sided copperplate paper and the result is very satisfactory. I now present the step by step approach in a group of photos in order not to bore you. So you'll have an idea how it works.
