Ah.. you are right Niki, I did not notice that, I am used to the box material I use being a noticible brownish color....I had thought to fix the intake and kind of forgot...She really is coming along nicely. One kind of plastic that might work and has give is the thin document protector material, thin, bendable and light weight..

Always thought the Osprey looked cool, and your fine build shows it looks especially good in USCG livery. A very clean, nice build so far. Thanks for sharing the photos.
