Ojimak Planes in Any Scale

I have started this thread as an attachment to the Navy planes sereis when I first built the F-8 Crusaders. As more and more Ojimak planes are the way, I think it's appropriate to start a new thread on this own. To re-cap,

Nos 1-2 F8 Crusaders,

No. 3 F7F Tiger Cat,

and No. 7-8 F-14 Jolly Roger and Black Knight Tomcats.

These are the pics of the builds so far. Hopefully, it will cover all of Ojimak's planes when the collection continues to grow.

Outstanding work, Papermate!

I gather you had to scratch build the landing gear as I believe his designs are made without them for flying...any chance you tried to fly one of them before adding the sensitive landing gear?

Looking forward to seeing more, these are really quite nice and I think they do Ojimak's designs great justice!

Cheers!
Jim

Wow, those came out really nice! I don't think I'd want to toss those.

I was thinking about making a Ojimak model out of lighter paper and stuffing it with Great Stuff, and just let it ozze out till it hardened. It would go like a dart. I made a Hellcat that I used a nickel in the nose for eight. That plane easily flew over 125' feet! It was my own design, not as detailed as Ojimak's.

Nice Mirage 2000.

I wonder something about Ojimak's Crusaders. Are they both really in the same scale? With a reduction factor of 35%, the two-seater prints smaller than the single-seater.
