Bobscardmodels in 1/200
I have done 3 of Bob's planes before in the 1/200 Navy series, and actually started off with Bob's S2 Tracker and, now, this is the 4th one - a DC 3. Some build pic at the early stages of build are kept. Hope you'll like the pics.

That is really small.
Hard to work in that scale. |

Thanks, Zakopious. Compared with other planes that I've built in that scale, the DC-3 is huge.

How did I miss the C-26? I love it.
And the DC3 is absolutely superb in this silver finish. The landing gear is impressive!

Thanks, Cafe, I'm flattered. Yeah, the landing gear of the DC-3 is a bit tricky. I almost needed an extra hand to hold them in place before applying CA glue.

Those are some excellent builds, and even more so at that size! The DC-3 came out quite brilliantly in the metallic paper finish...the photos showing the spinning props is amazing, quite nicely done.
Thank you so very much for sharing photos of your little gems with us, I really enjoyed seeing them! Cheers! Jim |
