[QUOTE=Ponytail;283611]Hello Raymund,
Looking in the shops for silverpaper for inkjets I mostly get big surprising eyes or a big NO... Can you tell me (us) the brand of the paper you used? On this website you can find silver coated paper. Modulor:*TONZEICHENPAPIER METALLIC <<Farbiges (Zeichen)Papier <<Zeichen- und Künstlerpapier I use it for many models. for example this one.

@ponytail
since the ink of HP is not waterproof the printing will fade out a little bit depending on the humidity of fingers (it's nearly the same for ordinary paper). you have to wait at least two days but then the durability is sufficient enough. the final treatment with the mat varnish will make the the surface permanent. perhaps a preliminary coating directly after printing might enhance the durbility from sunny austria raimund |
